These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered by Eazy Connect through eazy-connect.com. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Eazy Connect", "we", "us": the operator of eazy-connect.com, based in Belgium.
  • "Customer", "you": any person placing an order or using our services.
  • "Card": a physical NFC business card purchased from us.
  • "Profile": a digital business card page hosted on our platform.

2. Products & Services

We offer NFC business cards in various finishes (PVC, wood, metal) along with a digital profile platform. Each card is linked to a personal URL where your digital profile is displayed.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices on eazy-connect.com are in EUR and include 21% Belgian VAT.
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards, Bancontact, and iDEAL.
  • An order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email with order details.
  • Custom cards (with name/logo) are produced to order and cannot be returned (see section 6).

4. Production & Delivery

  • Production time: up to 5 business days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery: 3–5 business days within the EU after production.
  • Free shipping on orders over €50. Standard shipping €4.95. We ship from Belgium.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

5. Digital Profiles

  • Every card includes 2 years of free digital profile hosting.
  • After 2 years, you can keep your profile online for €1/month. If you choose not to, your profile page goes offline but your account and data remain safe.
  • You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, logos, text).
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates applicable law or our acceptable use policy (hate speech, illegal content, spam).
  • You can create up to 3 digital profiles per card and switch between them at any time.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. However, this right does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products (cards personalized with your name, logo, or custom URL), as these are produced specifically for you.

For non-customized products (e.g. the standard EazyCard), you may return the card unused and in original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. Contact [email protected] to initiate a return.

7. Warranty & Defects

If your card arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] with a photo of the damage. We will send a free replacement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eazy Connect is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.
  • Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues.
  • Content uploaded by users to their profiles.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

The Eazy Connect brand, logo, website design, and software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Belgium.
