Shipping

We ship within Belgium and the EU. Production takes up to 5 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 business days after shipping. Free shipping on orders over €50, otherwise €4.95.

Returns

Since every card is custom-made with your name, logo, and personal URL, all customized orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned. We cannot resell a card that was made specifically for you.

For non-customized products (e.g. the standard EazyCard), you may return the card unused and in original packaging within 14 days for a full refund.

Damaged or defective card?

If your card arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will send you a free replacement — no questions asked.
