Does the other person need an app?
No. When someone taps your card, your profile opens directly in their phone’s browser. No download or sign-up required.
Which phones are compatible?
All iPhones from iPhone 7 and newer, and most Android phones from 2018 onward. Basically any phone with NFC — which is nearly all of them.
Can I change my profile after ordering?
Absolutely. Your digital profile is fully editable from your dashboard at any time. New job, new number, new links — just update and save. Your card always shows the latest version.
How many profiles can I have?
You can create up to 3 profiles per card. Switch between them from your dashboard — for example, one for work, one personal, and one for your side business.
What happens if I lose my card?
Your digital profile is safe in your account. You can order a replacement card and link it to the same profile. Your data is never stored on the card itself.
How long does shipping take?
Production takes up to 5 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 3 business days within Europe.
What happens after the 2 free years?
After 2 years you can keep your digital profile online for just €1/month. If you choose not to, your profile page will simply go offline — but your account and data stay safe. You can reactivate anytime. The physical card itself is always yours to keep.
