Eazy Connect is a Belgian brand of Eazy Group BV, based at Kruisvijverstraat 8, 9400 Ninove, Belgium. We design NFC business cards with a digital profile and help professionals and companies share their contact details with a single tap.
Every card contains an NFC chip and a QR code that lead to your personal profile page, with your name, job title, photo, contact details and buttons to your socials, website or calendar. You update everything from your dashboard, without ever reprinting. Companies manage every card in their team from one dashboard.

Does the other person need an app?
No. When someone taps your card, your profile opens directly in their phone’s browser. No download or sign-up required.
Which phones are compatible?
All iPhones from iPhone 7 and newer, and most Android phones from 2018 onward. Basically any phone with NFC — which is nearly all of them.
Can I change my profile after ordering?
Absolutely. Your digital profile is fully editable from your dashboard at any time. New job, new number, new links — just update and save. Your card always shows the latest version.
How many profiles can I have?
You can create up to 3 profiles per card. Switch between them from your dashboard — for example, one for work, one personal, and one for your side business.
What happens if I lose my card?
Your digital profile is safe in your account. You can order a replacement card and link it to the same profile. Your data is never stored on the card itself.
How long does shipping take?
Production takes up to 5 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 3 business days within Europe.
What happens after the free year?
Your digital profile is free for the first year. After that, you keep it online for €3 per month. If you choose not to, your profile page goes offline, but your account and data stay safe and you can reactivate at any time. The physical card is always yours.
Can I return my card?
Personalised cards are made especially for you and can't be returned. The standard EazyCard can be returned unused within 14 days. A damaged or faulty card is replaced free of charge.
Is Eazy Connect GDPR compliant?
Yes. Your data is stored in the European Union and processed in line with the GDPR. The NFC chip only holds a link, no personal data. Questions or a deletion request? Email info@eazy-connect.com.
