Why paper cards don't work for teams
Every new employee needs a box of cards. Every new job title, phone number or office move means a reprint. And whoever leaves behind a half-full box that nobody can use.

An NFC business card holds no data, just a link to a digital profile. Hold it to a smartphone and you instantly see the name, job title, number, email and buttons to LinkedIn, WhatsApp or a booking link.
Because the profile lives online, you update details without reprinting anything. One person can even have several profiles on a single card, for example a work profile and a separate one for a trade show.
Multiple cards per person or per department
Does someone need an everyday card and a spare? Does a department use shared cards at a booth? You can link several cards to the same profile, or different cards to different profiles.
The company dashboard shows each card, which profile it's linked to and whether it's active, so you always know which cards are in circulation.
Someone left? Here's how to hand over their card
When someone leaves, unlink their card from their old profile in the dashboard. From that moment the card no longer shows the former employee's details. Then create the new colleague's profile and link the same card to it.
Card gone missing? Mark it as lost or stolen. It's deactivated immediately, and you can reactivate it if it turns up again. That way contact details always stay under the company's control.
Central management: branding, permissions and analytics
Templates make sure every card and profile follows the same branding. A new logo or colour is pushed to every profile at once. With a CSV import you can set up an entire team in minutes.
You decide what each employee can edit themselves, assign roles such as admin or manager, and the analytics show which profiles and buttons get used most.
